UK-based Kazam becomes the latest Windows Phone 8.1 OEM with Thunder 340W
The Windows Phone 8.1 ecosystem has gained yet another hardware OEM in Kazam, a UK-based company that will release its first device, the Thunder 340W, sometime later this year.
First launched earlier in 2014 by a number of ex-HTC team members, Kazam has already launched a number of Android devices. Their first Windows Phone 8.1 product sounds like it will be in the budget range, according to its hardware specs, The Thunder 340W will have a four inch screen, a 1.2 GHz processor, 512MB of RAM, and 4GB of onboard storage. There’s also a five megapixel rear camera. An exact price and release date for the phone have yet to be announced.
